I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EO Charging (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was smooth and well-organized, beginning with a relaxed and welcoming first interview, followed by engaging conversations with key team members. Everyone I met was approachable, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you managed a strategic partnership with a large client in the EV charging or energy sector? How did you identify opportunities to expand the relationship, address challenges, and deliver measurable value for both the client and your company?
I agreed with the C-P-O to have a conversation regarding a TA Manager role. We agreed a time to have a conversation, but they never set up the interview or gave me a call.
I received a communication 2 days after we were meant to be having a conversation to say that actually they did not think I was right for the role.
Therefore creating an appalling candidate experience. In this age where companies pride themselves on delivering the very best service to their customers and their candidates - this situation certainly goes against the grain.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the way this process unfolded and fully understand your disappointment.
This is not the standard of candidate experience we strive for. Every interaction matters, and we regret that we didn’t communicate more clearly or follow through as expected in this instance. We’ve reviewed what happened internally to ensure that all future recruitment conversations are properly scheduled, confirmed, and handled with the professionalism candidates deserve.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you the very best in your career going forward.
