Being sent to the psychiatrist for an 8 hour written exam and 1 hour discussion about my whole life was very odd. Otherwise it was just a drawn out process of standard questions.

Interview
You sit down with 4 supervisors who drill you with questions about your last history. They tell you that the upper management plans in retiring and they need replacements for those people which is all bogus. Come to find out the management replaces people with their friends from other companies and pays them more than they were making at their previous jobs. Management also makes more money by limiting the pay of the labor force in the company
