It was the first level interview with the HR manager. I guess it was just checking my level of English. The interview last about 30 minutes and the interviewer was very polite.

Interview
First I got a call from the HR, we talked about my experience and about the position. She told me about the company and the recruitment process overall. After that I had a technical interview and a a few days later a job offer. It was a great experience overall, even though I did not end up accepting the offer I really enjoyed talking to all the people along the way.

Regular Ruby questions, I had to write two methods/algorithms with some random factor and write unit tests for one of them. After that I got a few questions regarding Rails, Active Record, Relational Databases and stuff like that. Nothing out of the loop or crazy...
