First and foremost, the panel was not available on 3 occasions. The interview was scheduled thrice at the last moment wasting my precious time. Biggest joke in the interview is that the overall expectation is to hire a title delivery manager who can play multiple roles day and night - solution architect, technical architect, developer, team delivery manager, data architect etc. During the interview, it is asked to draw a technical architecture diagram for a Delivery Manager role. This is really pathetic and the panel is confused to decide what he is looking for in the candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Istanbul) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process included one HR and two technical interviews at EPAM. HR was professional and smooth. Technical rounds weren’t very challenging, focusing mainly on past experience rather than deep technical evaluation, with more emphasis on communication and role fit.
The team maintained clear, proactive communication at every stage, promptly addressing questions while delivering exceptionally quick processing times that exceeded expectations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and satisfying experience for all.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Mar 2025
Interview
Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn then got call and interview was scheduled on Sunday.
Interview included questions from development, delivery manager role, project management, solution architect role and agile methodology.
After going through this interview on Sunday, I was expecting at least a feedback even negative one was fine.
But even after dropping email and contacting recruiter on LinkedIn they could not even reply back.
Worst interview experience in my entire career.
