Although they've been adding some specifics in advance to the job posting, feels like they can't follow through. There is an application deadline and indicated time for interviews. The email they show for contact is not working (instead you can fill out a form on their website and hope for an answer). They are not communicating anything and it's been a month since the closing deadline. Sending out the rejection emails to those who did not make it to the initial stage would not be a complicated task to a resourceful organisation like EPO. They could use their dedicated LinkedIn group to post updates, inform about delays or extensions. Hopefully with this opening they hire someone who understands talent acquisition, candidate experience and onboarding better than it is handled currently.
