Meeting with the Team Lead first to discuss my previous experience, then the supervisor later to discuss my role in the company, then the team lead again to discuss starting date and organisational stuff.

What was your previous experience with Data Analysis
Zwei sehr positive Gespräche inkl. Team Kennenlernen vor Ort gehabt. Anschließend wurde mir ein Angebot gemacht, welches eine Woche später wieder zurückgezogen wurde, da der Betriebsrat nun wohl doch interne Kandidaten bevorzugen möchte. Super enttäuschender Bewerbungsprozess, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
