Interview process is usually a phone interview with an HR rep. Then another phone interview with the department. If that is passed then an in-person interview is usually conducted (though some have been video conference). Process takes at least a month for the team to decide on a candidate then 2-3 weeks for background and on-board. Could be longer or shorter.
