      Access Control Specialist Interview

      11 May 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Bristol, CT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESPN (Bristol, CT) in May 2011

      Interview

Went for a 3 on 1 interview, despite it being a group interview, it was still quite relaxed and friendly. The position being of a technical nature, sports knowledge was not important. The interviewers mostly wanted to know about tech background and would occasionally throw in a question to more or less gauge your response. I.e. One asked me what I would say if they told me that they felt my performance in the interview was poor. Best advice is try not to react too much to questions like these.
