Interview
Short assessment followed by an in-person interview with multiple tasks, one a pre pre-prepared presentation that you make usually demonstrating how you think GIS can help a certain organisation and besides that some logical questions difficult ones like breaking a bar of gold multiple times to pay a worker, basically the answer is pieces of gold back form the worker so you don't over pay or underpay for a days of work.
