Interview
The interview process was easy, they just talked about their benefits and what I would be doing when I worked, and how flexible it was. They did not really ask me questions, it was more of a training because it was during 2021, so they needed everyone.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESS (Butler, PA)

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
