ESV Digital interview questions

Three steps. 1) a call with the recruitment agency, 2) a call with a manager, and 3) face-to-face interview with two managers and 30 mins excel test. I got an offer, they sent the contract than because of the COVID crisis they left me unemployed even though they knew I gave my notice to my previous employer, amazing!

The most harrowing interview experience of my life. The questions were irrelevant and transparently aimed to make me uncomfortable. The whole thing was inappropriate. They told me no at the end of the interview but it was firmly decided already that I didn't want to work them 5 minutes into meeting management, their attitude was disgusting.
