I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EVERFI (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
After submitting my resume, I had a brief screening call with HR, followed by a phone interview with my department's VP. I was then invited into the Boston office to interview with the department and other VPs, and finally had a brief interview with a representative of senior management.
I was told that fit was of the utmost importance, and if the team felt I was a good match, they would pursue aggressively. The four rounds of interviews were transparent, and I never felt as though I was kept in the dark. The interview process was the most efficient I have experienced to date, and I received my offer within 24 hours of the 4th round interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EVERFI (Washington, DC) in Sept 2019
Interview
Good interview process that went through various team members. The questions were fair and straight to the point. The interviews lasted about 30-minutes to an hour each and ended on time.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EVERFI
Interview
Lots and lots of interviews with many members of the team at all levels. They really wanted to get to know me personally as well as my professional background. A lot of questions about my background as related to the mission and work. Also, as they are in a state of growth they wanted to ensure that I would be comfortable working in an environment where there might be uncertainty and changes from time to time.

Nothing terribly difficult, just presenting my previous work and how it best relates to what my experiences would be like in this new position.
