Interview
After submitting my resume online, I got a call a couple weeks later to set up a phone interview. Afterwards, I was asked to complete a written assignment, followed by two more video interviews (via Google hangout) and one in-person interview with a local team member. Everything was very organized, and all the people I spoke with were extremely friendly during the entire process. The time between each stage was about a week to two weeks.
The questions weren't too difficult, but did require me to think for a bit before responding, especially since this is a new type of position for me. I definitely suggest doing quite a bit of research on the company before the interviews and making connections between what EverFi offers and your previous experience. I really enjoyed talking to each new person and learning more about the company. The excitement was palpable and I could tell that everyone was extremely dedicated to the mission.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you feel about outreach/traveling/the marketing aspect? How would you feel about being remote?
I went through 4 out of 5 overall rounds of interviewing. The first was a phone call, which seemed to go very well. I then performed a work sample, and then had a Google Meet with two professionals from the company, who were both very friendly, and the interview was very enjoyable. The next round was with a different person from the company, who was more difficult to get a read from. I ended up not getting an offer, however, I also never received any type of rejection notice. I found it extremely off-putting and very telling of the company that, after 4 rounds of interviewing and hours of investing time into the process, they did not have even extend the courtesy of sending an email or notification that I was not selected for the role.

Interview
I had a 15 minute phone screening with the Regional Manager from my area. The questions were very basic and I was given a run down of what the position entailed. I was invited to complete a performance task that had about 5 scenarios. From there I was invited to complete another interview with the same Regional Manager. That interview was nearly the exact interview from the first phone screening, just via Google Meets. The manager was very nice and professional. I thought that the interview went well. But was not offered another interview. The manager said there would be 5 interviews in total.
Teachers are very busy and have to hit academic standards, how would you "sell" the SEL courses to teachers since they are not a standard teachers have to hit?

Interview
I applied and within days I received an email asking me to send times for a phone interview within the next few business days. We scheduled our phone call for two days later. Five minutes AFTER our call was supposed to start on that day, I received an email from the hiring manager saying that she would need to reschedule for the following business day because she was stuck in a meeting. I agreed. I left my current job at lunch the next day in an effort to be fully available for this interview. Ten minutes before this phone call was supposed to happen, I received an email from the hiring manager again saying they changed the region of the job which would require more travel if I were to take it. She said "since our phone call is supposed to start shortly" she wanted to make sure I was still interested in moving forward given this information. I stated that I was still interested in moving forward. I never recieved a response back to my email and she didn't call me at our scheduled time. Thirty minutes AFTER our call was supposed to start, I emailed her again saying that I would be happy to reschedule the interview given that I didn't have much time at that point to talk since we were 30 minutes behind. She never responded to my email and never called me. I still have not recieved an explanation as to why she never called me. Not even a mere "we're going in another direction" because of the change in the jobs region. I got ghosted by my interviewee. I found this to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I, at the very least, deserved a response to my email. I was looking forward to learning more about the job and the company. The overall benefits package and culture seemed to be great on paper.
