From the first interaction, the EverFi Team was very informative and really tried to assess whether or not I would be a good fit for the open role. The initial role that the recruiter reached out about was not a good fit. About a week later, the recruiter reached back out and presented a role that was better suited based on our initial conversation. That gave me the confidence that not only was she listening, but she was also really trying to make sure my needs as well as the company needs would be met by continuing to move forward.
