About 2-3 weeks after I applied, I was emailed by a recruiter to schedule an initial phone interview. From the moment the phone interview began, the recruiter came across completely disinterested in anything I had to say. The recruiter sounded like they were following a script rather than responding to what I was saying. When I asked questions about salary range, next steps, etc., the recruiter did not know the answers. The recruiter seemed annoyed that I did not have the experience that matched up perfectly with this job. I was told I would hear from the hiring manager after a few days, but it has now been 2 weeks with no communication from the recruiter or hiring manager.
