EXCO Resources interview questions

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. Met with several different people who asked about my past experience. Employees I met were very informative about what I could expect if I chose to work there. I also interviewed with HR about their compensation and benefits package. Within a week I received an offer and started at the company one month later. The process was very easy and organized.

All afternoon long. Met with five different people/groups. They were very thorough, and they with my experience. They put a lot of emphasis on experience; not so much about education.ere very concerned. I also interviewed with HR about my expectations for compensation and about their benefits package. They tried to sell me on EXCO as much as I tried to sell myself.
