      Human Rsources Interview

      22 Jul 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Phoenix, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EXOS (Phoenix, AZ)

      Interview

I was invited to interview with a Senior Manager, then asked to immediately return to meet several other team members. This consisted of 4 additional days of interviews, for a total of 5 separate days of consecutive interviews because they were quite interested. Upon conclusion of the interviews however I was not contacted by anyone from the organization and had to make numerous follow up calls/emails regarding my candidacy. Finally I received an email back that another candidate was selected. Of course it's fine to select another candidate, but the professional way to handle would have been to make a call or send a more timely and detailed email given the process I was asked to participate in and the time I spent there.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview questions were centered around experience, goals and future plans [where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.]. One question in the process stood out when I was asked if I felt I had the 'stamina' for the job and to work there. I was surprised and not certain what this meant [i.e. age?] which seemed to register with the interviewer, who then elaborated a bit and indicated that it might take time to determine if I did or not?!?!?
