Why do you want to join our company ?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EXOS (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Very relaxed and welcoming. Interviewer made you feel like a part of the team already and good leadership shined through. The questions were very relevant to the job. The other team members in the interview seemed happy with their work environment.

Question 1
What certifications and degree I had and how much group exercise and personal training experience I had.
A simple introduction interview. We just went over the job details and the potential client (varies). Ended the interview fairly quickly after finding out the low pay and the potential client.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EXOS (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter about 3 days later. The interview with the recruiter was straight forward, however I was surprised to find out the position I applied for was not full-time when the job description said it was. Additionally, I asked the recruiter if they could disclose the hourly rate for the position, and it was surprising low considering a Bachelors degree is a requirement. The recruiter ended up passing my information along to the manager of the location I applied to so we can set up the second interview. It was another phone interview with the manager, who was very kind and transparent about what the job entailed. It's an entry level, part-time position that can become full-time by taking on personal training clients and/or group fitness classes. It sounds like a great position for those who don't need full-time hours, benefits, and for those who aren't paying a large amount of student debt. I informed the manager I was not interested in moving forward with the interview process.
