Total of 8 interviews each 45 minutes to 1 hour long. I have the same sentiment as the other reviewers. The process is entirely too long. Overall, 3 of the 8 people that I had interviewed with were pleasant. The Founder, the Engineering Manager, and one individual contributor. The other 5 have made it easier for me to accept me being passed on... Overall, the 3 people I interview with and the recruiter made this an okay experience. FYI, I take responsibility for failing the interview because of a simple coding question I froze on and my reaction afterward.
