I applied online. I interviewed at EagleView (Rochester, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was 30 minutes long with an 15 minute test. The interviewer was very pleasant and didn’t ask many questions. She explained what the company does. She also explained the job title and how the really care about their employees.
Very thorough with a recorded exam. One downside is HR is in another time zone and communications are delayed due to that. One interviewer seemed to Google interview questions that were very difficult, almost to trip you up.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at EagleView (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
Interview process was standardized with basic questions. Two managers met with me. They gave a positive vibe about the workplace. They boasted about how great the place was. The HR person in Washington sent an assessment request of my personality before the interview. Then, the interviewer finished our interview and sent me to the assessment room for a second assessment. Their internet was down, so the manager told me that I would do the assessment remotely. I waited all day until the HR rep sent a rejection email.
A very unprofessional experience with this company! The values they espoused did not reflect in their final interactions with me. In fact, I discovered online reviews regarding bed bug problems posted recently. Stay away from this division of Eagleview! It is another call center environment with revolving doors and poor management.
