I was referred to the recruiter thru a common acquaintance. Post that, I had a Telephonic discussion with the recruiter and later an interview with the CEO through video conferencing. The process was smooth and got over in a matter of a week. While the whole process happened remotely, I trusted the management who are industry vetrans.
