It is very relaxed. They asked me questions that aren't normally in an interview, they want to get to know you was a person. They also want to see if you would be a good fit for the company regarding a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Tell us about a time that you were in a stressful situation and how did you handle it?
The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.
A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.

It was a very simple Interview process, general about you questions, they have a flexible schedule, but this specific location seemed understaffed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, I was basically hired on the spot
