The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.

I had one interview with the assistant manager of my store, and a second with the manager. The questions were straightforward and allowed me to show off some of my personality.

The questions were focused on my interpersonal skills and sales ability.
A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.

It was a very simple Interview process, general about you questions, they have a flexible schedule, but this specific location seemed understaffed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, I was basically hired on the spot
