Applied online. Was called more than a month after for a phone interview. Next was scheduled for an in person interview. First interview took an hour. Before I left to return home they made an exception and scheduled me for my third interview. After that they conducted a background check and then I was offered a job. It's a good job for someone starting off in social services. Have a flexible schedule is a must. I decided to not go for this job or any social service job because of the lack of pay and the requirement to be in a union to get decent pay these days. Government needs to pay employees better and give more funding to non profits. A lot of work and not enough pay for social service jobs these days. Overall, Easy Bay Innovations is an average social service non profit.
