Phone screen followed by a phone interview and finally in person or skype if in a different state other than Mass. If anything else is needed in the proceds after another phone meeting will be held or a follow up email will be sent with detailed instructions.

Phone screen and orientation. The phone screen is recorded and the orientation is a breakdown of what you will be doing etc. At that point they will give you a chance to walk out if you feel its not for you. If it is your of to the races to make money.
