Eastern Kentucky University interview questions

Very informal, over Microsoft Teams. You don't need to dress up and the interview took about 15 mins. There was only 1 interview and you are only interviewed by one person.

Slow, took over three months from application submission to interview date and another two months to get a verbal offer. No paper offer or email offer. Was also told not to even try to ask for more money for the role since EKU has no more money in their budget.
