Eastman Entry Level Systems Analyst interview questions

Had an initial interview on my college campus with two recruiters. They basically asked me to back up my resume, explain things on it, etc. Got invited to an on-site interview. We stayed the night in Kingsport and they took me and 2 other students out to dinner. The next day, we had breakfast with a host and they talked a little about the job, etc. Then each potential hire gave a short presentation, had a panel interview with about 6 employees of eastman, and then we took a tour of the plant.

I applied for the position through a college career fest. I interviewed the next morning on campus, and was then called and asked to attend an on site interview. The interview was a panel interview composed of four individuals. Each took turns asking me questions mainly related to my experience. Some behavioral questions were also asked. They use the STAR interview technique. Do some research on the method and you'll be fine.
