Interview
1. 30 minute Recruiter screening
2. 30 minute Hiring manager - basically a behavioral with more background information. Was given homework of looking at the API documentation and suggesting improvements.
3. 3 hour interview panel - coding challenge, behavioral assessment, and systems design. Spread out over an entire day so that everyone on the hiring team was available for their specific interviews.
Total process from recruiting screen to offer was 23 days, partially because I had scheduling conflicts on my end.

Interview
Phone call with internal recruiter, followed by technical screen, then "on site" via Zoom over Thursday and Friday. Whole process took about a month from application to signed offer. Recruiter tag team was very easy to connect with and accommodated my need to split the final interviews over two days. Discuss comp upfront
