1. 30 minute Recruiter screening 2. 30 minute Hiring manager - basically a behavioral with more background information. Was given homework of looking at the API documentation and suggesting improvements. 3. 3 hour interview panel - coding challenge, behavioral assessment, and systems design. Spread out over an entire day so that everyone on the hiring team was available for their specific interviews. Total process from recruiting screen to offer was 23 days, partially because I had scheduling conflicts on my end.

One word, unprofessional!! Who the hell cancels a virtual on-site on the day of the interview. Just sent a mail that the position has been filled. Aaaa hello, you still have a candidate left. Oh that’s fine let’s put them in limbo!!!!!!
