      Senior Customer Service Officer Interview

      11 Apr 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EatNow (Sydney) in Apr 2016

      Interview

A phone interview including playing phone tag with people who never seemed to actually be at their desk, then a face to face interview, followed by two sets of (vaguely worded) written assessments via email after the interview. Assessment questions were poorly written and incredibly open-ended (but not in a good way) - did not come across as a good assessment of skill or anything relevant to the advertised role. Also, management were slow and unresponsive to contact, either via phone or email.
