I personally really loved Eataly. I love the NorthPark location in Dallas and have been going there for years. I was happy when I saw an HR position open with them. I applied and got a first interview. Seemed to go well. The hiring manager seemed nice. She said she would follow up with next steps in the next few days. Ended up receiving no follow-up even when I asked for one and just got ghosted. Don't meet your heroes.
