      Supply Chain Analyst Interview

      21 May 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eaton in Oct 2010

      Interview

Entry level position for new graduates. Interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions and was not field specific at all. Many questions related to ethics in the workplace. The interviewer I sat down with was new to the company and didn't seem to know much about the position for which I applied. Took two months before I heard from anyone again, after which I received a phone interview from a manager at the plant level. Questions for this interview were related to why I wanted t join this field, past internship experience and related coursework.
