      North American Sales Internship Interview

      8 Nov 2009
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2009

      Interview

I first met the recruiter at a on-campus career fair where she was very informative and friendly. I was offered an interview on the spot for the next day. This interview consisted of 3-4 behavioral questions and I was offered a 2nd round at the time. Three weeks later I was contacted for a 2nd round interview that would be in Atlanta, GA. This interview consisted of a round-table dinner the first night that was similar to speed dating. Here I meet several different recruiters and interviewers from all around the nation. The following day, there were two 1 on 1 interviews followed by a sales presentation.
