Interview
The interview was strict and behavioral based. The panel was thorough and the interviewers were prepared with packets in hand. The questions asked for specific scenarios from your past and how you it pertained to the question asked and what the outcome was. It also asked that you explain your thought process and why you chose to handle the situation that way.

On-site interview was a series of 1-on-1 and panel interviews, lots of behavioral questions. Was during COVID so we were all masked… definitely made things a challenge.
