After I applied this position through university career fair, I got invited to an one-on-one campus interview with the recruiter approximately 3 weeks later. The interview lasted one hour and contained behavioral questions. No technical questions asked. The recruiter also asked detailed questions about some of the experiences I put on my resume, such as: how did you accomplish this task? What was your thinking process in dealing with this task? Any difficulty encountered and how did you handle it?

Interview
4 rounds of interview.
1st: Phone call with HR (ordinary questions nothing crazy)
2nd: 2 managers (STAR method questions)
3rd: 2 hr directors (Situational/behavioural)
4th: VP's (You prepare a presentation based on a given topic)
The interview process was good and friendly. The questions were behavioral and aligned with the main goals and vision of Eaton. The process was 3 round of interviews and the interviews were conducted each week.

Interview
Applied on the Eaton website for early career development. They got back to me within 2 weeks for the initial. We conducted two rounds of online interviews and both were behavioral. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner.
