Interview
I met with 6 different employees in 4 different sessions. There were two 2:1 interviews and two 1:1 interviews. After getting your basic background they mainly ask you behavioral style questions to see how you would have or how you have in the past handled certain situations. Each interviewer asked 2-3 questions each, with each one having a different style of question.

HR phone screening. 1 on 1 with hiring manager and then panel interview on site. Great people and they made me feel welcome from the start. Eaton has the best people I have worked with so far.

Past experience and how it relates to the role you are interviewing for. Standard HR "Describe a time when". Overall, great experience, took about 2 months total is the only downside. I love the position and can't speak high enough about my experience so far. The people I work with are all very professional. The timeline was the only issue I had but I understand it with such a large organization.

Interview
The entire hiring process took 3+ Months. Had an phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with the Hiring manager. They then brought me in for a panel interview where I talked with: Hr, Senior Inside Sales Engineer, 2 Application Engineers and lastly my direct manager (Hiring Manager) and another manager. There was another guy there interviewing for the same position. The process was well organized.
