Essentially only one person / one step process: If the Principal Owner approved you were done. Initial "interview" was conducted off-hours on a Saturday. It was at first a casual conversation and then specific question and answer that lasted some 3 hours. All the while after each answer was informed what was expected and how the work is performed here. A few days later I received a call back in which I sat down with the Principal and company's General Counsel and received a written offer.
