Interview
I applied for the position on the company website in late December and heard back promptly to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was general; getting to know you and your resume. I was then scheduled for an on-site interview later that week. I began the interview shadowing for the first 30 minutes and met with a manager after. I was given a role play where I acted as a recruiter from my current university, recruiting the manager who acted as a high schooler pursuing college. This was key in winning over the manager. The interview finished with a couple of questions at the end. Total time: 1.5 hours.

Interview
I applied online and the HR rep contacted me within a few days (about 1-2 days). Very laid back phone interview. The HR rep walked me through the company and asked a few questions about my work history and if I would be interested in a face-to-face interview, which was set up within 2 days.
