Process is straight forward. I know within 1-2 days if my application is considered for the next steps or not. The recruiter is actively inform me for the screening and hiring manager interview schedule.

Absolutely an unprofessionally conducted interview process. The person asked me general HR questions and a few technical questions. I was told I would be informed about whether I was selected for an on site interview in a week. The process though took 3 months wherein the interviewer never replied to any emails or calls.
