Submitted a CV via an online form, and invited for a quick screening interview 2 weeks later. Shortly afterwards I was sent a 'skills challenge' to complete, which is supposed to mimic the actual tasks one would do as an employee. I then attended a longer, 20 minute interview with the VP Operations. The process was speedy, well-organised, and I received clear communication throughout. Unfortunately, I was turned down for no other reason than they had already filled all their vacant roles, which is something I would advise future applicants to consider: apply as close to the opening data as possible.
