1st round-a fair amount of prep in advance, recorded answers-feedback about next steps were very clear. The questions required some deep thought but the timing was not exactly sufficient. Overall, the interviewer was very pleasant and affirming.

The initial interview was with a recruiter. It lasted approximately 30 minutes and included basic questions. After about 2 months they emailed to let me know they had advanced other candidates.
