Eclat Textile interview questions

English writing and listening test, pretty mush the same as TOEIC. The interview began with "How soon you can be onboard?" by HR as I got a nice grade on the test... and later talked about something such as salary and the company. **You should get at least 650 if you're applying for sales position**

Since I applied an oversea position, the HR staff gave me an English test first and then has an interview with HR manager. After the interview i ask if we will have second time interview, the manager told me no need and the only thing that i should do is considering carefully and communicating with my parents, and if i decide to accept this offer, i can email to him and start the on-board procedure.
