Welcoming and available. They take interest in your career and what you wish to build on. They tell you immediately that they value and reward hard work ethic. They also asked for a writing sample, though I'm not sure if they always ask for this.

Multiple interviews with staff in a private home. The producer was nice and easy to talk with. She mentioned the pay was low, but there's opportunity for credit on her projects.
