First round was a phone interview, this was generic as far as the information obtained. This was followed by a 1:1 with the CEO of the company. This was much more in-depth, and dealt mainly with my goals and interpersonal skills. A week went by and then I met with a panel of supervisors and managers and discussed my individual accomplishments and how I would fit into the team.
