Lunch Interview which was nice. Standard interview. Asked me questions about my resume and work experience. Discussed Ecolab history and how my experience relates to their needs.

The interview process was a three step in person interview stage. District Manager, District Manager, followed by Regional Manager, then offer. The duration was approximately 3 weeks from the first time I met with the hiring team to receiving the formal offer letter
