Interview
They had a social the day before the interviews, where you get to meet the people that will interview you as well as other employers of the company. Then, the day of the interview, you have six interviews in a row, all behavioral questions.

Question 1
Describe a stressful situation and how you handle it
The interview was pretty simple. I interviewed 3 times before the offer was sent. It is usually a recruiter, a direct manager, and a high level manager. There is sometimes a ride along portion so you can see what the day-to-day looks like.
Standard interview process. Two rounds of interview. First was HR screening phone interview, followed by in person interview with hiring manager and other employees. Job offer was within two weeks.

Interview
I met one manager in the campus career fair, he invited me for a dinner with the other recruiters and students, and an interview in the next morning. The interview was mostly behavioral questions. They were super nice!
