The interview process went smooth, I got a phone call from the human resource office with brief questions about myself and what I expected from the company, questions about my background. Then secondly had an interview at a nearby Starbucks was about a 30-45 minute interview with one of the hiring managers, we went over my background and I was asked questions about myself and my past and present opportunities with different job descriptions and why did I decide to submit an application with Ecolab. Thirdly I had a brief interview with another hiring manager with the same questions but he wanted to make sure I was clear with any questions about the job detail and if I understood everything which was great because he cleared up all of my question and understanding. Now I’m in the waiting process hoping I’ll be apart of what seems to be a great company to be apart of.
