Economia A.S. interview questions

The interview was very good and professional. There were two people, one from HR and the other from IT operations. At first HR person asked me about my former job and on what projects I was working on. Then, I got a paper with ~30 technical questions, I could choose to which question to answer. Difficulty of the test was average, it were mostly typical school questions from exams.

First step was, that I sent my CV and link to my web portfolio. Then they invited my for an interview. That was surprisingly short - they knew everything about me from the CV, so I have only get an assignment to make covers based on two topics. It was told me, that I can make more than one version on each. I had a week for it. After that, they invited me for another interview which was much more concrete. I learned all the details about the job and they offered me to get into to a working process for fourteen days to learn more. After those two weeks we finally made an agreement and set up salary conditions.
