I was called by someone at Ecotricity HR/Talent team and went over my cv ad why i applied, then i was asked to complete an attention to detail test if my score was over 12/20 i would be invited to an interview. The interview also had an attention to detail test along with competence and scenario questions. Throughout the process i was emailed or call by the Talent team and supported with each step. I did feel there didn't need to be two attention to detail tests, found this too much for the role and that is why i give it a difficult interview.
