I was contacted by a recruiter, who gave me a phone interview. Once it was completed, I was offered to have interview with one of the co-founders. I was not given a call back, a letter, nor text after my interview. I found this very rude, as the interview lasted over an hour long. If I was not a qualified choice for the position, I would understand, but I just thought letting an interviewee know they didn't get the position was the professional thing to do.
