There was only one interview. Very friendly conversation with the executive director of Ecpat Sri Lanka. I asked very general questions about my past experiences. Explain the current job roles and company policies.

Question 1
How can I contribute to the job role with my experience?
Written assessment comprised four questions; one of the questions was ECPAT International has been invited by UN Agencies to brief them on the relevance of integrating boys in wider child protection work and to provide them with clear recommendations on how to start this integration work. Your objective is to ensure that the Agencies understand why the topic is important as a child right issue, but also why ensuring integration eventually benefits the broader fight against gender-based violence. Please provide a short policy brief on the relevance of integrating boys in the work of the child protection sector (across different contexts) and a short list of key actions that the sector could implement to begin working in this sense. The language used in the brief should be clear and adapted to child rights professional and show understanding of the complexities and sensitive factors of the topic.

Question 1
One of the donors of the Global Boys Initiative has requested the team to provide a narrative update of the main activities implemented in the last 06 months, along with an update on budget expenditure. The reporting should provide an overview of the impact of the intervention in a way that the donor would understand and able to share internally for renewal of funds. For this exercise, please provide a short overview (technical and financial) of the impact of the social media campaign delivered by the Global Boys Initiative to increase awareness on how gender norms affect the ability of boys to access protection and support services. Feel free to show impact with invented data, costs and activities.
